overall, the foods and drinks were good. No matter how slow it is in the restaurant, I think the customer service should always be on the point. at one point they forgot to bring us our drinks and when the drink was cracked twice. Once the food came out, they ignored us, I also felt because we were not the same ethinitcity as they did not pay much attention to our needs.
The biggest issue was they totally missed our order. We had a concert to catch so we could not stay. In fact I was the one who alerted them to the fact that we had yet to be served our meal. They didn’t charge us for our soda and cocktail which was a nice gesture. When we are it later (cold) we found it to be tasty. Wish they didn’t mess up the order initially.
we waited for minutes after we had ordered our food. the only reason why we didn't leave was because we had hunger and thought it would take longer to drive somewhere else. but we were clearly wrong, we could have gone home and cooked in less time. when the food finally came, it was fat and boiled over. the place is extremely loud, which only makes it worse.
let them begin by saying that. disgusting, eating was very blasphemy without taste, took 45 minutes to get my appetizers and my margarita was only salt water in a glass. Anyone who opened the front door was ice cold, I had to wear my coat throughout the meal. will not be back. Book a table now
Mediocre. I simply don’t understand. Why isn’t there a really good, straightforward Mexican restaurant in North Jersey, one that serves great tamales, fresh light Chile Rellenos and other comfort food with warm, attentive service and at reasonable prices?
I was quite nice and pleasant. The food was great, and my wife had a good time. She didn't like the Manu when we got there. But she found something that was tasty to her pickiness. Great place and friendly atmosphere.
When I'm going to see a show at Luna Stage, Don Juan is one of my go-to restaurants... good food, good drink, a friendly staff, and just a few blocks' walk from the theater.
