The Detroit pizza here is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. When I go to pick up my food, there's often no one at the front to assist customers. I've waited as long as 15 to 20 minutes before someone finally appears at the register. There have also been several instances where they failed to receive our order from Toast Takeout. The staff doesn't seem apologetic; they just offer to cancel the order and move on to the next customer, making me feel like an inconvenience. Additionally, they appear to be in the process of changing their name and have two locations, but there’s been no update online or on Toast. They’re listed as Donatis online but operate as Pucks in person....
I absolutely love the Detroit-style pizza! The delicious, thicker crust is perfect and doesn’t leave you feeling like you've just eaten a bowling ball, unlike some other well-known deep-dish pizzas. I’m so glad I found this place. The staff is also incredibly friendly every time I visit.
Our waiter made the experience! He just made the whole process move smoothly. From bringing drinks, refills, appetizers, salads, entry's, desserts, and the bill.
Absolutely delicious! I could enjoy it every day! The crust is perfectly crispy. I always go for the easy cheese. Definitely gets two thumbs up!
