Since I moved to Briarcliff a year ago, I have been in search of a classic slice of pizza. I am also extremely adverse/somewhat allergic to garlic. So I was very pleased to find Donato’s. Phil has spent time to hear out my ‘issues!’ I’ve been several times since our first convo. I am so pleased with the Arugula/Prosciutto pizza and just tonight with the Rigatoni Ragusa. The kitchen understands my ‘allergies’ and is always accommodating. And the staff (especially Juan Carlos) is amazing. I didn’t ask the name of my young server tonight, but he was clearly well trained. Customer satisfaction is key and they do it well. And while I don’t mean to be difficult, I have special issues. plus I am 10...
Food and atmosphere was excellent. Even on a very busy Friday evening. But because it was so busy, service suffered a bit but not enough to knock it down by More than one star. Overall we would definitely come back and heartily recommend this restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
