You would have to pay me to come back here or make things right. My wife and I usually come here with our son. Unfortunately, today, they have made it a point to ruin lives. There is no reason I would spend over 40 minutes stuck in the drive thru line for a donut. Had we known the speaker was broken and all orders were taken at the window, maybe we would have gone in. Maybe not. But with only 4 cars ahead of us? I think we take the risk. What would make a company or a person think it’s a good idea not to move cars through the drive through and have them park at the front. Especially for larger orders. The manager at Donutville has no business dealing with the public. She was so rude to my husband and granddaughter that they decided to leave. We have been going to the place for years and have never been treated with such disrespect. We will never go back and will be sure to make sure EVERYONE we meet will also know about how awful a place this is because of the manager!!! Hope the owner is prepared to loose business over this.
I am so done with this place. I used to love it, but the quality has steadily gone down, and availability of some items are very inconsistent. The final straw was this morning: Sunday morning at 10 am and they were already out of the regular, plain glazed doughnuts. I asked if there are any coming out soon, and was told they were done making them for the day. Sad.
The donuts here are fantastic, and the service is exceptional! The owner clearly takes great pride in her work and goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. I bought these donuts as a treat for my kids' daycare teachers, and they were a huge hit! Absolutely delicious! Book a table now
Maybe they need to change their hours. You can't seem to find a time when they actually have product. Once the donuts are gone, they don't make anymore. Seems like closing at 10am would improve your customer service instead of staying open until 2 with nothing to sell.
Best donuts in town!! Always made fresh and delicious. Staff are super friendly. Be sure to go early as they run out quickly and then close. My fav donut is the original glazed or the cronut and the red velvet!!! Yum
Great donuts! Today one employee was working the store alone! The store has become run down. Slow service. When the Employees show up for work, they are slow and have zero customer service skills.
