Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were not able to secure a reserved table. The manager made no efforts to address this issue and did not offer us a drink or alternative solution. It appeared that the table may have been given to racegoers instead. It is unfortunate that loyalty to local patrons is not valued over the potential of making more money from racing attendees. We were truly disappointed by this experience and it seems that there has been a change in management, which left us unimpressed.
I have booked a table for 8 o'clock and thought they were still serving food to come there and be said they held 2 hours ago! no one said this when booking the table, if I knew I had not come, as we all starved and are looking forward to eating. the drinks were good and the total place was nice, but I wish I was told how late they stopped serving before they book the table

fab bar, loved the live music last night (on Thursday) my third visit now and it never disappointed the best cocktails in cheltenham, beautiful friendly staff who definitely part, beautiful glassware and beautiful decoration. my only regret is that it is not bigger, as it becomes harder and harder to find a place!

cracking night, cracking team, crisp drinks and a crisp atmosphere. everything in all would recommend 100% return and in any case. immediately after I look at alternative adjectives to “cracking”.
Nice place with speakeasy type vibe. Very helpful staff too. We had some small plates which were very nice so would definitely recommend and visit again.
No table had been booked but fortunately some were free. If you are not going to honour table bookings then you need to remove yourself from Open Table.
