First the good part: location is nice and the food was really excellent, compliments to the kitchen. Now the bad part: probably the worst service we have ever experienced. Extremely rude staff, after sitting there for 1 hour with only 1 drink we asked if we could order and got answered well I only have two hands and we have problems today . On top of that I had booked for a birthday, which I clearly mentioned at booking, and it was completelly ignored. Throughout the evening we were treated disrespectfuly, rude answers, very long waiting times and just overall very unpleasant to the point we couldnt wait to leave. On top of that the atmosphere is not very inviting, no music and just overall...
Unbelievable delicious cuisine with regularly changing dishes. Quarterly, the map is adapted to seasonal specialities. There are also always reliable classics. In the ingredients where it fits, care is taken to choose local suppliers. Great atmosphere and despite open kitchen no food smells. The entire service staff is always friendly and willing to help. As this is a large house, young, learning service personnel are of course regularly employed. I can only recommend becoming a member of the Gourmet Club as it makes regular visits more pleasant! Sundays and holiday brunch MUSS have been experienced. Endless tasty food at 13:00 15:30.
A very fancy restaurant located in the ground floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany! Good selection of food and drinks, and a very pleasant view of the industrial styled harbor. The staff was also very friendly! Would recommend for anyone craving a little more of a fancy dinner experience!
The service is just awful for a restaurant in a world-class hotel. They seem to be understaffed and in some cases even annoyed. The restaurant is rather boring even though the location couldnt be better. All in all never again. Book a table now
Excellent service, excellent food and unique atmosphere. It is also worthwhile without an overnight stay at the hotel. Of course not cheap, but the price is in a very good relation to quality. Just great.
Had a wonderful evening with my colleagues at DOX, the food was great, the service was excellent. Next time I will visit Dusseldorf I will surely visit again.
