The floor was dirty and slippery, the table uncleaned and the prices have all gone up by at least £0.5 since just a few months ago. The food is still good but the price made it not so worth it anymore: a burger the size of a big Mac for £8.50 and the bibimbap had twice as less condiments then last time we had visited, it felt so empty . The staff is lovely but there is no reception inside (and no access to wi-fi too). There were no chopsticks for a Korean restaurant (ironic) and they now serve in all cardboard things that they make customers throw away by themselves. Overall: they are spending less and less money on food, cleaning supplies and cutlery while making the customers pay more and...

It was okay. I was excited to go as I had walked past it many times and wanted to give it a try. However, I found it to be quite expensive for what it offered. There were two friendly and helpful staff members working. The restaurant is small and charming, with a nice atmosphere inside. I felt that the food was overpriced for what it was. Perhaps being located in Glasgow West End contributed to the higher prices, but I expected it to be more affordable given the student population in the area. I left feeling a bit disappointed and also wish they offered boneless chicken.
We live an hour's drive away from this restaurant, but we visit regularly. It's a great place to stop by after dinner elsewhere to bring home some food. The chicken is always fresh, crispy, juicy, and delicious. They offer a variety of sauces to choose from, but their kimchi fries are also a must-try. Occasionally, they have a special dish called Jiggae on the menu, and if it's available, you have to try it. Although the restaurant is small with only two tables and a few seats, it has a lot of personality. It's definitely worth a visit.
I have been frequenting this restaurant in Glasgow since moving here last year. While the seating space is limited, the food is just as delicious for dine-in as it is for takeout, which is a rare find. The chicken here has the perfect combination of crispy skin and juicy meat - I highly recommend the gochujang or soy garlic flavors. The kimchi cheese fries are a must-try as well. The portions are generous, making it worth every penny. I always recommend this place to anyone I can! Book a table now
We had quite a wait for collection as it seemed the restaurant was very busy with Uber Eats orders etc. The food was lovely though. We got a kimchi cheeseburger which was great, the mushroom loaded fries and a chicken rice bowl. We were told we would have to wait a little longer as we had asked for chicken but there was only a little tiny handful in the bowl when we received it.
If you're in Glasgow, you can't go wrong with Kimchi Cult. Since moving here in 2018, getting a meal from this restaurant is often a treat. They've got a quick service and their korean-western fusion foods are an interesting blend. Just to note, it's sometimes worth taking away/delivering your meal as the restaurant is quite small.
Waited an hour for a takeaway after being told 25 mins max!! We finally got it and £8 for a burger and £14 for 4 chicken thighs! Burger was bang average, the sauce on the chicken thighs was very tasty, but had not been heated up so we were biting into golden chicken thighs. Would not recommend this place at all.
Limited but very good “takeout” food I can’t attest to the authenticity, but we all enjoyed the dishes and would definitely go back. Reasonably priced Book a table now
Reading all the positive reviews is what made me really curious about this place - and, ladies and gentlemen, I must say you were right.
