Soo I've had issues with both Dairy Queen locations in Jeffersonville, Indiana and the most recent issue was yesterday, July 10th, 2022, around 1:30pm when my mother and I went to this location to get (2) Large Milkshakes as I had the Buy 1 and get 1 for $0.99 and I informed the drive thru attendant that I had a coupon, and she was like pull around and we did, where we had to wait at least 10 mins or so because whatever was going on with the car in front of us, so the drive thru attendant scanned my phone and still said it would be like $10 and some change for the 2 milkshakes, so she tried again and still the same thing, I even informed her she could enter the number that's on the coupon in...
Every DQ I goto can not make a chicken strip basket right anymore. They made it fresh!!! Everything was hot and fresh. The gravy was perfect and not water like other locations in louisville. The toast was toasted and not burnt. It was perfect. Sorry I lost the receipt or I would had done the survey. Perfect
I love this place that stands on the stand is evil, and they must wait forever to get their food. these and those in jeff are the only two I was, that doesn't make them wait forever. this is also the only place that does not give me the gravur watered down below. beyond grateful for this place.
I really enjoy the quick breakfast options like the pancakes, gravy, sausage, eggs, and bacon. I haven't tried the breakfast bowl yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Their chocolate moolatte and chocolate malt are fantastic! The staff at this location is very friendly and provides fast service.

Been there a few times to fill my need for a yummy blizzard and each time someone different and ABSOLUTELY rude. The irony is that at the pick-up window there 's a sign that they are hiring Smile Makers .
The restaurant is consistently clean each time I visit. The staff is welcoming, and the service is quick and precise. They really know how to add just the right amount of flavor to the cookies and gravy!
Let's just say don't waste your time. I went to this location twice now and BOTH times had a horrible experience. Lesson learned! I won't be back!!
we loved the breakfast there. we'll get it at least once a week. we're trying everything they have. my man loves the heavy and cookies.
