Came here for dinner on a Sunday night. Wasn't too busy and we were able to get a table right away. We were immediately provided menus and waters. The waitress was very friendly and attentive during our entire visit. We ordered the combo appetizer which had a nice variety to share. We ordered two dinner plates which were large portions. I recommend sharing if you want to avoid having left over food to take home with you. The dinner plates don't come with rice, so make sure you order some on the side if you want to eat your meal with rice. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well.
The amount of times that my team and I have ordered take out from this place should make us regulars by now. I can be super picky about Chinese food and this place is the only place in Pleasanton that I'll get Chinese food from. You can never go wrong with their lunch specials! My go to order is the sweet sour lunch special with fried rice. As someone that orders takeout through delivery services I really appreciate that they still honor soup of the day with each lunch special as many restaurants don't. Dragon City is a gem in Pleasanton. After moving to the area a few years ago, we have been on the hunt for a good Chinese restaurant to replace our old favorite in the city. Dragon City did not disappoint. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. If you're a fan of high-quality Chinese cuisine, this is the place for you. They also have a dedicated parking lot behind the building, making it convenient for customers.
We've walked by Dragon Palace for years now, and tonight we realized what a terrible mistake that was. A delightful variety of dishes, big portions, fast service, and most importantly, the dishes were delicious. Kung Pao chicken, Szechuan beef, and salt and pepper prawns were all tasty and had unique flavors. All in all a surprisingly good meal. Don't walk by this place without giving it a try!

Ordered food 3 hours in advance. Got there food wasn 't ready. I said that 's messed up and guy said messed up for you. Made the wrong food. Not impressed with the quality. Should 've given it to me for free after all that. Rude people. Wouldn 't recommend.
Haven't ever been disappointed by this place! The wonton soup has got me through a lot. Portions are generous and food is fresh, flavorful and not greasy or heavy at all like some Chinese food spots. Make this your go-to Chinese place!
Extremely addictive. The top spot for Hunan Mandarin cuisine in the tri-valley area, without a doubt. Despite the lack of crowds, this place is sure to become the most popular spot on Main Street in a few years.
We always choose this restaurant for takeout on Fridays. The comfort food is consistently delicious. Our absolute favorite dish is the egg drop soup.
