Food was good but could have done with some hand wipes after the spare ribs ! The restaurant generally could do with a refurbishment as carpets a bit dirty looking especially near the toilet area otherwise we had a nice meal . Haven’t been since new name acquired and liked the previous all you can eat we had before
I was very disappointed with the level of service and the cleanliness of the restaurant's restrooms. The Christmas-themed music played felt like it was just waiting for a phone call. The ambiance included a projection of a Christmas fireplace, but overall, all four of us agreed that it was quite underwhelming.
Could up their customer service. I know that the custom is very ‘what you see is what you get’ and it’s all about the food. But just being more accommodating or even throw in the free dish when we bought 2 sets of set meals would have been nice.
The experience was acceptable, but I've had better meals elsewhere. The restaurant was quite cold, making the food chill rapidly and creating an uncomfortable dining atmosphere. As a result, we didn't really enjoy our meal. Book a table now
Had the set menu a with a couple of extra dishes, food was very nice but not enough room on the table and no way of keeping dishes hot. Wasn't busy at 7.30pm on a sat and plenty of car parking
The food was particularly good on this occasion the meat platter was incredibly tender and everything else was delicious we ordered and ate a lot!
Forgot one dish we ordered but once notified it arrived in 5 minutes. Otherwise, a very good experience and fresh authentic tasting dim sum.
I’m really pleased to revisit after the pandemic and discover that the dim sum menu is still excellent in quality and value. Book a table now
