I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, February 12th, with an old friend after getting our nails done nearby. We were hoping to catch up, but since I don’t drink coffee and wasn’t particularly hungry, my friend thought about leaving. Just when we were about to go, an exceptional employee named JC stepped in to help us out! Upon learning that I don’t drink coffee, he quickly suggested some alternative options and made compelling reasons for us to stay. His swift action turned what could have been a missed opportunity into a wonderful experience. Great job, JC! As a small business owner myself, I truly value the importance of having dedicated employees like you.
I keep coming back to this Dunkin' Donuts because it's the most convenient location for me. During my recent visit on February 26th, I had a fantastic experience. When the medium latte I ordered for $2 was unavailable, the cashier graciously offered me an iced coffee at half price. While she was making my drink, she also surprised me with a complimentary donut and apologized for the wait. Although I had been waiting for nearly five minutes, I truly appreciated her patience and outstanding service.
This Dunkin' Donuts consistently offers quick and tasty service. On my latest visit, I was assisted by a gentleman named JC, who was outstanding. He was extremely friendly and professional, making me feel truly welcomed. It's rare to find such enthusiastic employees these days, especially in the fast food sector. Overall, a fantastic experience!
I've visited this restaurant on two occasions, and both times I received stale donuts that seemed to have been out for days. I reached out to corporate to share my experience. It appears they may be trying to cut costs by selling old donuts, but it's really disappointing to find stale products on two different visits. I won't be returning.
