I would give this a zero if possible, I went to go in with my friends and they all Oder the same exact thing and this old hispanic lady got it all wrong and my friend?s doughnut wrong as well and I don?t how that?s possible. As well when she got itwrong she roll her eyes and said a bad word to us in Spanish and because I understand what she said I confronted her and said?why are you swearing at my friends and she rolled her eyes. And when I tried to use the bathroom I tried to open it was lockedof course but when I did one of the employees there said wait N word and they made me very disappointed with this Dunkin? I useto like. And lastly it all started with the new manager.
Don 't waste your time or money here. My nitro coffee was only 1/3 full they just replied the nitro is only foam and turned around, refusing to talk to me. The coffee also tasted watery and old.
Two ladies who served the drive-through on 2/19/2022 around 11:45am declined to serve tap water and demanded us to purchase bottled water! Outrageous and deserve to be fired immediately!!
This is one of my regular places to get coffee. It's always just right. And the double chocolate donuts are my fave!
