This Dunkin' location doesn’t meet the standards I’m used to. There’s always a long wait, even when the store is empty. It seems like drive-thru customers get priority. Today, I ordered 50 Dunkin’ Munchkins—20 chocolate and 30 jelly-filled—but was told I could only get 25 of each. Seriously? I’m spending over $12 on a box and can’t even get the mix I want? I think I’m done with this Dunkin’. It’s not worth the trip from Holland.
When I walked in, I was greeted with a little trash on the floor and tables disorganized. When I made it to the counter, I was greeted with EXCELLENT customer service! My order was prepared exactly as I had ordered. Iced coffee, Eclair, and a Head Lamp donuts.Parking: Plenty of parking.
I do not recommend the hot chocolate! It is hot brown water. I also do not recommend the apple fritter. It is a regular donut with apple flavored glaze. One of the donuts icing was stuck completely to the bag. I would recommend going to Marge's Donut Den or Sprinkles Donuts.
I understand it was very busy today, but the guy with pink hair handling the food really needs to be replaced. I waited over 20 minutes for an order of snacking bacon, which should have taken no more than 10 minutes even with the busy crowd. Book a table now
Despite the common jokes about Dunkin' on TikTok, my experience at this location has been incredibly positive! My food is consistently hot and fresh, and my drinks always taste great. I'm glad to have this as another coffee option close by.
The doughnuts are delicious, but they're quite pricey given the size and quantity! Local doughnut shops offer similar treats for half the price and almost double the amount. It's worth considering!
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to watch 4 orders get processed, didn’t have time to sit around and wait an hour for 7 cars to get whatever they ordered. This isn’t the first time either.

I placed my order in advance and still ended up waiting half an hour inside. They didn’t have what I ordered, and my drink was incorrect. The service was very disorganized.
