This Dunkin' location was never my favorite, but it was convenient and got the job done. However, during my recent visit, I was met with incredibly rude service. The employee mocked me as I stuttered while placing my order, and when I called out the rudeness, he laughed in response. I didn't catch his name, but the disrespectful treatment I received makes me want to avoid this store in the future. It's disappointing to lose a customer over something as trivial as a stutter. Perhaps he felt empowered because it was a drive-thru interaction. This incident occurred on a Monday at 4:45 PM. I go to this location ALOT I?m probably their number one customer all the employees know me by name and I usually get really good service but lately it has been crazy! I didn?t get my food with my order at all the other day when I sent my brother to pick it up and now today I only got one of the two hash browns I ordered I have been ripped off for like 6 bucks now in a week!
I ordered my drink ahead of time on the DD app. When I got there the staff was not very friendly. A worker said hello but the one that handed me my drink didn't say one word at all.... not a hello... not a thank you... nothing. Just expect more.
The service was very fast and the food was excellent. I would give the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5.
