Based on my experience at the Dunkin' Donuts in Newark, I can confidently say that this location is the best I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is uniquely inviting, creating a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a pleasant conversation. They offer a wider variety of donuts, which are noticeably fresher than those at other locations. The service was exceptional; the young woman who took our order was patient and friendly, offering professional suggestions for popular menu items. She also ensured that my order was accurate when I made changes to my drink, and did so promptly.
This is undoubtedly the best Dunkin’ in the area—there's no doubt about it. They consistently have the latest featured drinks and food items available. For some reason, their donuts also taste fresher than those at other nearby Dunkin’ locations. However, the parking lot can be somewhat chaotic. With everyone becoming more careless when it comes to driving and parking, it’s often easier to find a spot on a nearby side street and take a quick walk instead of dealing with the frustration of watching people struggle to navigate the lot.
The staff here are friendly! My Iced Caramel Latte tastes different depending on who makes it—sometimes it lacks enough caramel or care. Lately, the donuts have had fewer toppings, with barely any glaze or chocolate on the Boston cream, though that’s not their fault since they aren’t made on-site. The parking lot is usually crowded, so I often park on Franklin.
Very busy location with tight store making it a bit cramped in line for ordering and waiting to pick up food. If you order ahead with app, it will not be ready when you get there. I've always had to wait another 10 minutes easy and many times it's way too much milk, ice, flavoring, or completely wrong. It's a tough spot and very busy to keep up with customers.

This is hands down the most relaxed and clean Dunkin' I've ever visited. I had the pleasure of meeting Ivan, who was incredibly kind. He provided great information about all the menu items and was an absolute joy to interact with. I'll definitely be coming back more often!
I always start my mornings with a Signature Latte! I'm a big fan of Dunkin'. My favorite location is the Dunkin' on Franklin Ave in Belleville, and I also really like the one on Kingsland in Nutley.
Excellent service! Very friendly and inviting! My one-year-old son loves his banana and milk every time we visit. The staff always recognize him and remember his order.
I'm giving this restaurant a one-star rating. I ordered something yesterday, and it didn't taste right. I had to throw it away.
