I’m disappointed to say that this Dunkin' location did not deserve any stars from me. On August 27, 2022, what was meant to be a great outing ended badly at our favorite coffee spot. An employee actually shouted at our children who were standing by the door. As it approached 7 PM, we were told to leave because the manager, Sue, said the store was closing. What’s frustrating is that we weren’t asked politely with a “please” or “sorry.” After stepping outside, I saw that same employee spray a large amount of disinfectant on the chairs and tables while glaring at us, which felt like an accusation that we were the problem or unclean. I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. The hash browns I ordered were soggy and unappetizing, my coffee arrived cold, and the donut was very stale. The most upsetting part was that I specifically requested vegetarian egg white omelette bites, but when I got home and took a bite, I discovered it contained bacon. As a Muslim, I cannot eat bacon, so this was deeply distressing. I only realized it after my third bite. When I called to address the issue, instead of receiving an apology or acknowledgment, the staff responded by yelling at me, which was completely unacceptable. I will never return to this restaurant.
The staff at this establishment are remarkably unfriendly. If you're seeking a pleasant experience, I strongly advise against visiting—especially if you want to avoid being kicked out early or yelled at. It’s disheartening and unacceptable to face racism and discrimination. I definitely will not be returning. If I could give it zero stars, I would. As for the donuts, they were extremely stale. Furthermore, the way the tables were aggressively cleaned after we left was unsettling. I won't tolerate such treatment. Those employees clearly should not be in customer service. After this terrible experience, I’m done with Dunkin’.
The customer service at this Dunkin' is awful, and the staff have an unacceptable attitude. I gave it another chance because I needed a coffee, but it ended up being a huge disappointment.
