I see a lot of negative reviews for this dunkin, however the employees are pleasant when I come and this is the only dunkin in town other than the one in GWL and it's always busy I understand if my food isn't handed to me 3 minutes after I order because this place can only have one employee making food for everyone at a time. This is not a McDonald's or a Burger King if you have one person making food for 3 orders you should be expected to wait. Also the employees have NO CONTROL over when to close the lobby before it's closing time that comes DIRECTLY from the district. Employees are people too and next time you're order isn't perfect get your money back and use it else where !! But good lu...
I keep giving this place a shot ONLY because of my kids. But the service is always poor and this is the only donut place I know of that never has donuts. They?d be better off just taking the donut menu down and just telling you what they have available. At drivethru a couple weeks ago, asked for 3 different types of donuts. They were out. Finally just had to ask so what DO you have?? Today, asked one employee how long on donuts, she shrugged her shoulders. Waited about 5 mins for another employee to finally come up and tell me it would be at least another 30mins. I get it?s after lunch rush (2:30p), but the name of the place is Dunkin DONUTS. Hope the new location will be better.
If I could rate this place a negative five, I would. The service was terrible, with rude staff who seemed unprofessional. One of the ladies even had missing teeth and her spitting while speaking was very off-putting. Overall, my experience here was unpleasant, and I have no intention of returning. If you're looking for great coffee, I recommend going to Starbucks instead!
I see a lot of negative reviews but I come here daily. Like many other places, this Dunkin' often experiences staffing shortages causing wait times to be longer than they should be. The employees are usually very apologetic and you can tell they're doing their best. I keep coming here because they are consistently kind and my positive experiences far outweigh the bad.

I am not sure of the newer bad reviews, though there are probably times the service is slow or bad. The place was recently renovated and is well run during the work hours for me. Great for work coffee as I work nearby. I will update if I have a bad experience like some say to have had.
The server mistakenly served my wife a cup of milk instead of coffee and insisted it was coffee until another customer had to clarify the mistake. It seems that the server may have been preoccupied with other tasks while working for the company. More training is definitely needed.
I had a drive thru order scheduled through the app in the morning. It took 50 minutes before I was given my order. Then, I tried the doughnuts after I got home. They were dry and tasteless like they were 3 days old. I won't be back to this place ever again. Nasty.
Dunkin' now offers delicious iced lattes with milk alternatives! I believe they use Planet Oat brand milk, which is my favorite. I definitely plan to get my icy latte from here! And did I mention the great price? It’s an excellent deal!

Stopped here to get some needed coffee and donuts during our road trip and was not disappointed. Prompt service, fresh and hot coffee late in the afternoon-well done!
