Don't go on Sunday morning if your in a rush. The ladies inside are kind, approachable, and attempted to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. Now I'm not sure if he was getting overwhelmed or not having the greatest morning but the only man back there on sandwiches was not. He got mad when the lady simply asked how long he would be on the orders inside the building. He started speaking in his native language and slung the box my sandwich was in at me. I used to visit this Dunkin Donuts and the service was much better in 2019. However, in 2022, they have new staff who spend their time chatting and playing, completely ignoring their duties at the register (rude). The establishment needs a better working environment and improved customer service. Two staff members seemed disinterested and unhelpful.
