The Dunkins and getting to be potluck. Depending on where you go and who is serving plays a part in what you get and how it is made, i.e. the ice coffees...will there be enough sugar, will the shot you requested be included, did they get it right on theamount of ice, etc., etc., etc. Trying to do less sugar so I did not get donuts. Customer service doesn't jump out in my memoryso I guess that it must have been ok.
So this is a Dunkin I frequent regularly and knowing they are closed on Christmas I decided to plan ahead buy me 2 medium ice coffee with no cream or sugar or ice so I can preserve till next day they charged me 3.00 for not wanting ice and when I asked they said yeah we charge you if you don’t want ice now I’ve done this before and was never charged for not wanting ice I will never go to this location ever again
It's not clear to me why customers must use the kiosk if paying with a credit/debit card. I found it more time consuming to place an order this way. They seemed to have an issue giving me my complete order. I received my coffee and donuts on a separateticket from my sandwiches and didn't seem to understand why I was still at the window waiting.
Dunkin’ is suppose to have mask worn per corporate email, but they have staff not wearing mask.None of the black employees got paid on 2/4/22, but all of the Indian employees were paid. The black employees were told they had to wait until 2/11/22 to get paid.Go to the Dunkin’ on Liberty road….they do NOT respect the black dollar Book a table now
Very convenient Dunkin’s inside pantry 1/drive through at old court. Fast service, no issues with ordering, same Dunkin’s quality.
The guy at the register and the lady in the back were not wearing mask, so I cancelled my order.
This place just seems outdated. Supermarkets have bakeries now that make good donuts
They took a long time in that drive thru window! It wasn't even crowded! Book a table now
Associates were in training so it takes a little longer to get food
