Much respect to the lady who is constantly holding down the fort here by herself, but when customers are in the store for over five minutes before being served, management needs to reach a little deeper into their pockets and hire enough people to run the store the right way. It's not 2021 anymore, and there are employees to be had if you're willing to pay.
I visit this restaurant two to three times a week, and I absolutely love both managers and the staff here. They have memorized my order: an extra-large hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich with egg and white cheddar cheese on a plain bagel. Thank you, ladies!
