Today, I drove 20 minutes to pick up my daughter's order, only to find that it was incorrect once I got home. I decided to return to the restaurant, where the employee at the counter greeted me with a condescending smirk, simply staring at me without offering any help. When I explained the mistake, he laughed instead of offering an apology. I asked to speak with the manager, who made excuses for the employee, saying that he couldn't hear me because he was wearing a headset.
It's frustrating to see a manager who doesn't properly train their staff or hold them accountable, leading to persistent issues with service and the overall experience at this restaurant.
Very nice donut shop but the service was lacking, they knew customers were in the store yet they had no one at the front service counter. Even when we rang the bell they ignored it and we had to walk to the other end to ask someone to please help us. The windows outside were filthy and there were numerous spider webs under the outdoor furniture, including tables and chairs. The donuts were good but the service was lacking.
This restaurant frequently struggles with its drive-thru service. I've faced long lines and had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to place my order on several occasions, which I find quite unacceptable. It seems there might be issues with management or staffing at this location. Although the employees are friendly, I plan to avoid visiting during peak hours in the future.
Food is awesome and the service is great. My server was very attentive and helpful. Great popcorn chicken and bossam. The cold wheat noodles were very refreshing.

I ordered a dark roast coffee and a Bavarian cream doughnut at this restaurant. The coffee was outstanding, and the doughnut was fresh and delicious.
