I am sorry to say that if you order a hot specialty drink, there is no consistency. I get the same two items every day. 1 hot black coffee with 2 shots of mocha and 1 hot decaf latte with whole milk and 3 sugars. Lately, the drinks seem to be very inconsistent. Today, when I arrived at home and handed the latte to my wife, it was only half full and not so positive it was decaffeinated. This has been happening quite a bit over the last several months. I actually go out of my way to shop this location because of Will and Kassidy. These two employees are on top of their game. the worst. somehow a plain bagel nothing on it, one muffin, and two coffees became 2muffins a bagel toasted w cream cheese and two wrong coffees. don't even bother.
Best iced coffee I've ever had and service was great ?. Highly recommend!
