Door dashed a box of Joe's hot chocolate and was given box of Joe's coffee instead, receipt stated hot chocolate but that was not the case. When I contacted the store I was told I would be refunded for the wrong item but never received that refund. When I attempted to place the order again to get the right item I was told the hot chocolate machine was broken. I asked if they would be able to contact another store less then half a mile away to get that item they said they could not. I would've been satisfied if they would have said the machine was broken to begin with and not charged me for something that was not gonna be consumed and thrown out. Still haven't received a refund!! This happene...
I had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts, thanks to the friendly staff. However, we were really disappointed when we arrived an hour before closing one afternoon, only to find the shop completely closed without any update on their hours. It was frustrating to have wasted gas for nothing. This isn't the first time we've faced this issue at this location, but we were surprised they shut down a full hour early. On a positive note, during the earlier hours (before 7 PM), it’s a lovely place with a great team. But if you're planning to visit after 7 PM, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
This store lies to it's doordash customers about forgotten food items in sealed bags and tells the customer the doordash driver stole the items putting our doordash accounts in review. It's IMPOSSIBLE to STEAL an item and RESEAL the bag. They don't care that they lie and jeopardize our jobs either. Corporate said I would get a call back, never did. Manager no where to be found and employees hang up the phone when they don't feel like dealing with it. This store is full of scumbags.
This Dunkin' Donuts is about what you'd expect. Although there’s a spacious dining area inside, the customer traffic seems unbalanced, as the interior is often completely empty while the drive-thru has a wait time of about 10 minutes. I've experienced a few orders that weren't exactly right, so there's definitely room for improvement. That said, the donuts, food, and coffee are all really good.

My wife went there to get coffee tonight with friends and they were all in the back my wife finally asked for help he said well I guess I can take care of it like it was going out of her way basically the service in the evening the management doesn't seem to care cuz we always tell them about it and they don't do

Welcoming service! I'm always grateful that they're open early on weekends, as it fits perfectly with my work schedule.
