I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members, an Arab girl, took my order but didn’t get it right. She seemed uneducated and spoiled, and her demeanor was quite tense. I was also shocked by her lack of cleanliness—her hands were dirty while she was preparing food and taking payments. The entire place was unhygienic, with an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was in poor condition. I cannot recommend this restaurant. Dunkin' should be more selective with their staff and prioritize customer service and cleanliness.
The lady at the front was really unpleasant and refused to make me a coffee at midnight. Her attitude was terrible. I suggest she undergo some training. All the other Dunkin' Donuts locations I've visited gladly offer to help with that.

I always find this place to be dirty when I visit. The staff is unfriendly, offering no greetings or smiles. They completely ignore customers, even when serving drinks. Unfortunately, the coffee is also the worst I've had from Dunkin'.
The Indian worker they are the ones that work on Sat sun they don't take my order correctly they burned my sandwich BUT the arabic guy hey is an excellent worker and the manager is
