I visited this location for the convenience of my usual free coffee that my app offers on Mondays. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier, and the staff member didn't understand me. I was directed to go inside instead of using the drive-thru, and I was informed that I needed to make multiple purchases to get the free coffee, even though my app clearly states that it's available with just one purchase. I order the same thing every Monday, but this time I had a terrible experience at this location.
