A military veteran was overcharged at this Dunkin' on Veterans Day. They came in for the free donut promotion and bought two extra donuts for their children. The total was supposed to be about $2.16, since the advertised price was $0.99 per donut, but they were charged $4.69 instead. The veteran only noticed the error after the cashier crumpled up the receipt without asking if they wanted it. This experience made them distrustful of the restaurant, and they recommend others avoid it.
I visited the restaurant on April 16th at 1 PM and noticed that there were only two men working behind the counter. They were busy taking care of customers and managing orders, but they handled everything with great dedication. They were friendly and apologized for the wait times. Despite the small staff, they did an excellent job. I want to give a special shoutout to one of the workers, Lenny, for his exceptional effort.
It would be wonderful if Dunkin' Donuts could pave their entire parking lot like Wendy's does. There are many potholes that can pose a danger to people. Also, it would be nice to have tables and chairs outside the entrance so customers can enjoy sitting outside during the summer.
I visited last week and was greeted with a warm welcome by the wonderful manager, Elmira. The doughnuts were fresh, and the coffee was exceptional. I highly recommend this place—definitely a five-star experience! The staff were also fantastic. Book a table now
Went in Dunkin this afternoon what a difference new staff is very friendly. We will be back now knowing we can receive the customer service we deserve. Everyone was very friendly and focused on customer service.
I made a large last-minute order, and the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and efficient in preparing it. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally kind!
The coffee is consistently good, and the employees are quick and never complain. If you're ever in a hurry and need your morning coffee, Dunkin is the place to go.
Staff is great! But whomever owns this franchise NEEDS to clean the parking lot. There is garbage everywhere! Fix the pot holes and fix the broken glass door. Book a table now
Nobody in line, waiting 15 mins to be waited on. Almost made me late to my appointment. Then messed up my order. By the coffee was good.
