The bagel I ordered from Dunkin' was burnt, and I only realized it once I got home. It was disappointing to find that the bottom half was almost burnt to ash. Dunkin' seems to have inconsistencies and frequently makes errors. However, I did enjoy the top half of the bagel. I'll have to explore more of their menu to see if other items meet my expectations.
The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The staff was not attentive at all, as they were frequently distracted by their phones instead of assisting customers. It took twice as long to get a few cups of coffee because they seemed more interested in social media than in their work.

Terrible experience! I've visited Dunkin' 3-4 times, and they consistently mess up my coffee order. I'm done with this place and would definitely advise others to avoid it. Book a table now
I’ve been to many places before, but this one really stood out for its cleanliness and hygiene. The donuts were incredibly fresh and tasty, and the service was quick too.
