On very busy days, there are usually only 2 people working, which is unfortunate, but it does not excuse the rude and hostility towards customers. It's a fear when needing a cup holder, they tend to be extremely upset you do not reach over the counter to grab it yourself and even worse when you politely ask if it's ok to grab one (response tends to be grabbing the entire pile and half slamming half quick throw towards the customer with unpleasant words). No customer should have to face poor customer service from any staff member. I asked a simple question to the employee, and the experience quickly went downhill from there. What upset and disappointed me the most is that the employee did not consider their actions in front of a minor, which makes me think they would disrespect an elderly person, disabled person, or anyone else. Early morning shift is terrible, poor service, I've been there several times and it seems like the staff doesn't get paid to provide quality service, it also seems like they make the sandwiches without any hygienic care. Manager or boss pay more attention to that.
