I refuse to go to DD. The following feedback is provided from my passenger seat visit with my wife. DD franchises are no longer the local coffee shop gems they once were before Starbucks came along.The staff I'm guessing a small cabal of family members/owners are always abrupt and rude, ruining the entire visit.Recommend going to a nearby Starbucks or Chick fil A where the parking and customer service are superior.Parking: The lot is excruciatingly small. They got parts of my order wrong, again! I ordered a large iced tea, they gave me a hot tea. When I said something, the guy just looked at me like he didn't know what to do. He didn't offer to fix it or correct it at all. I ordered my bagel toasted, they didn't toast it, but I didn't find that out until after I had left the drive thru line. I couldn't understand the person on the other side of the speaker and apparently he couldn't understand me either.
Always a good experience when I visit this one. I actually pass three Dunkin' on the way! I'm more of a coffee expresso type, so I can definitely stand by the coffee! The service is always super friendly, and I think that is awesome ? Keep up the good work, guys! ?
I don't like that they discontinued the French Cruller or that the Blasts went up by almost a whole $1, but they are still better than Starbucks in my opinion!Parking: The parking is on three sides of the building. About 10 spaces per side.

Fast, Friendly service EVERY visit .... And my coffee is ALWAYS made PERFECT !!!! Kaitlyn is a GREAT asset to DD, has a heart of gold and goes above and beyond to make sure EVERY customer has a WONDERFUL experience !!!! ?
I'm not a DD person, but,Cold brew was good. Energy of the staff person at the drive thru was short and not inviting. May have been a bad day for him. Do better! A smile goes a long way and it's free!
Don't bother adding whipped cream, 9 times out of 10 they just won't add it.Don't bother paying extra for a dairy substitution. Half the time they'll ignore that too.
I was waiting 25 mins for one hot black coffee plain and I got black coffee taste old and feels like reheated again and the donut was not fresh !

You're average Dunkin, just slightly modified on the outside to look better. A good place to snack at after school.
Drive thru wonderful job and fast, ladies and one guy always welcoming. Ten stars to you.
