I recently visited a Dunkin' location with seven employees, none of whom were willing to help me cancel my order. They insisted that they hadn't received my order through the mobile app and refused to take my calls to customer support. The staff were rude not only to me but also to other customers, with one employee even telling me to leave. In contrast, I've had much better experiences at other Dunkin' locations, like the one in Seaford, which has a large, friendly team. The Dunkin' on Southern Hicksville Street is also much better. I would recommend steering clear of this particular Dunkin' location, as I've never encountered such a poorly managed staff before.

This Dunkin' location is far from the best. I requested that my dragon fruit passion drink be watered down because it was overly sweet, but they refused to do so, advising me to order water separately to mix in. Additionally, when my son inquired about the bathroom keys, they informed us that someone was already using the restroom. Just two minutes later, someone else asked and was given the key without issue. It’s clear that this location needs a complete staff overhaul if it hopes to succeed.

The staff at Dunkin' were unable to process rewards through the app. When I requested a cashier to cancel my order because I didn't have my wallet, she said that wasn't possible. Even though there were customers waiting to order, I insisted she continue. She appeared a bit confused, but the manager eventually stepped in and handled the situation smoothly.

I visited the restaurant today at 5:00 am, but by 5:05 am, the staff member was not paying attention. She was playing with the donuts and didn't open the door for me, even though she saw me waiting outside. I found this very disappointing in terms of customer service. Book a table now

My experience at Dunkin' was extremely disappointing. Mohammed assisted me, but he made the worst drink I've ever tasted. On top of that, he was unprofessional and insulted me. Additionally, his service was incredibly slow. I believe he should be let go.

My experience was terrible. Mohammed assisted me, but he made the worst drink I have ever tasted. His service was personally offensive, and he was the slowest server I've ever encountered. He needs to be let go immediately.

Clean. Open early. The inside was spotless and very appealing to the eye. Seems like Dunkin is paying more attention to their aesthetic. And of course the food is on point.
