If they want to trade a bagel for cream cheese here, they need to practice a bit more. Every time I come for a bagel, I request extra cream cheese, but I end up getting less than what you would find on a regular bagel with cream cheese. Even when I order a bagel with the standard amount, it still feels like they give me so little. There’s no reason for me to open my bagel and see bread instead of a generous spread of cream cheese. I didn't order a simple bagel with just a tiny dab of cream cheese. This happens every single time. They really need to be less stingy with the cream cheese!
There are two things I don't like about Dunkin' Donuts. First, I have to watch my sugar intake, and second, if you order a Boston cream donut, it's always placed in the bag with the chocolate side facing down, which is frustrating. Also, $5 for toast? Seriously? The coffee is great, but the decision-making behind the menu options could use some improvement. Whoever made these choices shouldn't be working for the company.
I really enjoy visiting this restaurant because it’s conveniently located nearby. I typically go there on Saturdays and Sundays. However, I had a disappointing experience with the young lady at the front desk during my last visit; she didn’t greet me at all. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, this was still disheartening. I still make a quick stop to check things out since it’s along my route to work.
I asked for a hot chocolate, they gave me brown hot water. Didn’t even taste like chocolate and it was totally disgusting, 0 effort. If you want hot chocolate do not buy it from this place you’ll be disappointed, never again. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with these people.

I’m new to the mobile app and accidentally placed the same order twice this morning. Instead of refunding me for the second order, the staff informed me that they couldn't issue a refund, but that I would have breakfast for today and tomorrow instead. Really? I'm quite disappointed.
It is so bad I want to give it a 0 but that’s not possible so I will give it a 1… honestly is a hit or miss with this location seems like they always give me the leftover ice of the machine when I order ICED coffee. Also they have one person running around while others just gossip
I am quite worried about the well-being of the staff, so I'm starting a GoFundMe to help raise some money for them. By the way, this was supposed to be a cream cheese bagel.
