IF YOU PLAN ON ORDERING A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE FROM HERE , EXPECT IT TO COME PLAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE VERRRRRY STINGY ON HOW MUCH CREAM CHEESE THEY SPREAD . everytime i come for a bagel i ask for extra cream cheese they give less than what?s on aregular bagel with cream cheese , even when ordering a bagel with the normal amount of cream cheese , they put so little ? thereis no reason i open my bagel and see bread instead of white cream cheese . i didn?t ask for a plain bagel with a tad bit ofcream cheese . EVERY SINGLE TIME . stop being so stingy with the cream cheese .
I really enjoy going to this restaurant because it's nearby. I usually visit on Saturdays and Sundays. However, I had a negative experience with the young lady at the front desk tomorrow; she didn’t greet me at all. While I understand that people can have off days, this was disappointing. I still stop by quickly to check on things since it’s on my way to work.
They have improved their staff significantly since I have first moved back here. Before I was having constant issues with how my drink was being made or having issues with the food being cooked, etc. They have increased the quality behind what they put outin terms of product. I am glad to be a dunkin customer.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is quite disappointing. I ordered a medium hot caramel macchiato, but they ended up giving me an iced version instead, and it also took them 10 minutes to prepare my drink.
