I received quick service even with a line in front of me at the drive-thru. I decided to try their pumpkin cold brew iced coffee since they have a special offer in the app for a medium pumpkin latte or cold foam iced brew for just $3. To be honest, I couldn't really taste the pumpkin flavor. However, I also got my favorite large frozen coffee, which I redeemed for free using my beverage rewards in the app. Overall, it was a great experience, and I left feeling very satisfied. The baristas were friendly and kind, too!
I truly visit this Dunkin' Donuts primarily because of the wonderful young Spanish lady at the register! Her customer service is a breath of fresh air, and it's a significant plus for me. My orders are always fresh and accurate! Dunkin’ Donuts should definitely keep her on the team; she truly represents the brand well. Thank you!
This is definitely the worst restaurant I've been to. I placed my order on the self-service screens to speed things up, but I still ended up waiting 15 minutes for a coffee and two doughnuts. They seemed more focused on the drive-thru customers than on the long line of people waiting inside. I will never go back again.
