This Dunkin' Donuts location tends to fulfill orders more consistently than others across New York City. The staff here has lower turnover, forming a steady team that gets to know regular customers and can anticipate their orders, which is a definite plus. However, I’m deducting a star due to the condition of the interior. While the area behind the counter is clean and functional, the lobby where customers wait is in poor condition, with significant holes in the walls, dusty shelves, and cluttered boxes. Additionally, the parking situation requires some patience; you can either circle around or park in the small lot, but be mindful of the incoming traffic, as it moves quickly.

I tried the iced coffee at this restaurant in New York, and it was a disappointing experience. I requested an iced coffee with just a tiny bit of cream, but what I received was far from that. Normally, I just accept whatever I get and move on, but this tasted bland, so I kindly asked the barista for a little more coffee. Instead of helping, he aggressively dumped it down the sink, acting quite immature. Overall, I was really let down by this place. Definitely not coming back!

This is a fantastic 24-hour coffee shop with a gas station right next door. It offers plenty of parking and is conveniently located at a major highway intersection.

The online ordering system is always unavailable. I placed my order half an hour ago, and it’s still not ready. This needs to be addressed. Unbelievable!
