Giving 2 stars instead of one because the food is ok. Just about everything else is not good though. Service is very slow even when they are not busy. And you might not get the right thing. Check before leaving. Ordering on the app won't help. Almost every time they forget something or get the order wrong. You'd think reading it off the screen would make it easier. Some people might be turned off by the hanger arounds outside. I bet they could do a better job though. Once I was propositioned here which led to an awkward encounter in the parking lot. I drove off since it was shady AF. Perhaps some other gentleman may enjoy that takeout!
This place used to be good, but lately the service has gone downhill. Today, I ordered my usual latte with one sugar, and a rude employee gave me four sugars and only filled half the cup. On top of that, she just threw five donuts into a paper bag instead of using a box. If I weren’t on my way to work, I would have spoken to the manager to address this. There’s no excuse for giving customers attitude, especially in the morning. Customer service means fulfilling orders correctly—if you can’t do that, this isn’t the job for you.
Yesterday, I visited this restaurant to discuss an issue I had encountered with the manager. Unfortunately, the man at the register displayed unacceptable behavior. In my previous visits, however, I always had positive experiences with the staff, particularly the ladies, who were consistently pleasant and accommodating.
It really depends on the time you visit. I went yesterday and completed a survey to inform the manager that the man at the register was unacceptably rude for no reason. On previous visits, the women working here were usually very nice—so I guess it just varies.

Both bathrooms at Dunkin' are always out of order. I suggest fixing the restrooms or stop making false claims. Until then, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. Also, the menu could use some improvement.
The restaurant is extremely clean, and the staff always makes sure to quickly clean up any mess. The bathrooms are well-maintained too. I'm truly impressed by how tidy everything is. Thank you all!
I love this place, they always have donuts available. They missed my call I'm guessing they were busy at the moment. The employee called me back right away.
Angelina was very courteous and professional. She was great with her customer service. And timely in preparing the order.
