Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts! People with bad service with worst attitude! They gave me the wrong order and took it back for my orders. Before even for me to tell them my problems a lady gets loud saying why did you take someone else order! I told thelady that you guys gave me the wrong order then all three ladies works there start getting loud again and arguing towards me fornothing! I have my own business and I always tell my workers that customers are always right! Never argue with customers. I hopethis Dunkin Donuts owner reads all these reviews. Worst service ever!
I waited 18 minutes to be served, and while I can’t fault the guy who was working hard, it was clear he was the only one there handling a lot of customers and preparing orders. Dunkin’ Donuts really needs more staff. I think I should’ve received a free drink for the long wait, but I understand he was doing his best under the circumstances. Let’s get it sorted and get him some help. Thank you.

The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick and efficient. I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts coffee. However, I was disappointed that the pumpkin latte (YUM!) isn't available with a breakfast sandwich. The options for breakfast combinations were quite limited, which is why I'm giving it only four stars.

The milkshake wasn’t prepared correctly. The employee wasn’t wearing gloves and seemed unsure about how to make a milkshake. Unfortunately, it upset my stomach afterwards.
Coffee is getting worse, taste like water. It was ok before until these two weeks. Couldn?t taste much coffee. Won?t be drinking their coffee in a while.
