Every time I visit Dunkin', they run out of donuts by 8:30 or 9 AM. The Boston cream donut now has overly sweet whipped cream, which is disappointing. The coffee remains excellent, though. Unfortunately, the only option for full dozens early in the morning is sprinkles. The drive-thru staff speak too quickly, so I often have to repeat my order. I usually go to a different Dunkin' location for more variety, but for $15 a dozen, the menu should offer more than just sprinkles by 8:30 AM.
I frequently visit this location and truly enjoy it. The muffins and donuts are always fresh, and there’s a great selection compared to many other Dunkin’ Donuts places. Every time I've ordered drinks here, they've been spot on. Although I've only been during the busy morning hours, the service is still relatively fast. I'm honestly surprised by the negative reviews, as I've never had a bad experience during my numerous visits.
I’m not sure what the issue is with your hiring process, but I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional service as I did with a woman named Jasmary, I believe. This has been the fifth time I’ve experienced her terrible service. Dunkin' needs to be more careful with their hiring because she is definitely not suitable for this job.
I’ve never had such a poor experience at a Dunkin’. I walked in for a simple small iced coffee, and the girl who took my order, named Jasmary, had a terrible attitude. If she doesn’t want to be there, she should just go home; there’s no reason to take it out on customers. I couldn't even enjoy my coffee, and it didn't taste good either. Book a table now
The manager treats both employees and customers very poorly. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, and the cleanliness of the place is seriously lacking. The manager should be responsible for maintaining a respectable environment. I even saw a rat near the donut maker once. It was absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable.
I was there today around 3 pm there was a polish lady who take care me and she didn't make the order what l asked she started taking care another person..that was very rude l guess because my skin color… too bad this people are like that....
I will never come back! This Dunkin' location is a total scam. I ordered a bagel and a small hash brown, was charged $10, and wasn't given a receipt—this happened twice.
The restaurant is clean and has friendly customer service. People are still wearing masks and maintaining distance for safety. Book a table now
