It seems they accidentally gave my drink to the car in front of me, and after a couple of minutes of discussion, they told me to pull to the front of the building. I ordered a Large Cake Batter latte, but when it was served, there was no whipped cream or any toppings on it. When I mentioned that this didn’t match my order, the employee insisted it was correct but explained that since I didn’t specify “Signature Cake Batter latte,” it wouldn’t come with whipped cream. I stopped by to grab some coffee and snacks before a day trip with my brother, but unfortunately, the service at the front counter was quite rude. While I was halfway to my destination, I realized that part of my order was missing. I returned today to either get a refund or the items I didn’t receive, but I couldn’t find my receipt. I was told that without it, there was nothing they could do, and they couldn’t even look up my purchase using the card I used. It feels like I've just lost my money. This experience has made me reconsider my choice to go with Dunkin instead of Starbucks. If you do decide to visit, make sure to double-check your order before leaving the counter!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff's behavior. Richelle, who was at the counter, was busy with paperwork and completely ignored me when I arrived. I patiently waited until she was free to ask if a seasonal flavor was available. She glanced at me and firmly said no, without any further interaction. I realized that engaging with her would not lead to a pleasant experience, so I chose not to buy anything and walked out. It's no surprise that this donut shop was empty. I plan to reach out to corporate because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and rude.
When the other Dunkin' is full I usually come here before I go to work. This is the 3rd time they messed up on my order. I ask for hot, they give me cold. I ask for food, they forget. They say they thought they heard this but I know I specifically said what I said and even the receipt says it. They need new workers.

I ordered the Mango Pineapple with Lemonade, and it was fantastic! However, the Peach Passionfruit with Lemonade was a bit odd; it tasted like it was made with grapefruit. It's been a while since I had Dunkin', so I want to try the Peach refresher from another location soon for comparison.

Dunkin Donuts the series was definitely great every morning I was going there they knew exactly what I wanted and they will wake you up with a couple of the jokes that make me feel like home keep up the good work
I ordered just an avocado toast and watched two people behind me receive their three drinks and breakfast before mine arrived. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but my toast wasn’t even crunchy.
