It's one thing for slow service but another for terrible service with an attitude! One thing I cannot handle is a POOR customer service. I go to this location because of how close it is to my place but my goodness. They need to step up their game! Drive-thru always takes FOREVER and people are rude and unhappy. I do appreciate people who are going out and still working during this time... it's a rough time for ALL. HOWEVER, if you're gonna be such a Debbie downer, stay at home and keep your misery to self. Terrible experience! I highly recommend going anywhere else. I ordered two banana splits through the drive-thru and had to wait over 10 minutes, even though they weren’t busy. When I got home, I discovered that neither split had any bananas, nor did they include the other ingredients I had requested. I had to make the trip back. One of the two workers laughed out loud when she realized the bananas were missing. Rather than making fresh ones, they just added some ingredients, and by the time I got home, it had melted into a soupy mess. This location has always had its issues, but this was a new low for them. I wish I could give it zero stars.
I had a request all day for ice, rocky road. so I drove through and ordered my usual, waffel cone rocky road on the bottom and mint chocolate chip above. I'm moving into the window, said the young man there that it was wrong. he told me that it doesn't matter that everything is in my own. I said I'm paying for it and as I ordered it. He said they told me that I shouldn't say how it should be. my first time here and not back. that happens sun 4:20 clock.
very bad customer service. I've made rules like I haven't been to dunkin' donuts yet. on Thursday, 11./18., at 15:45 a.m., there was, the one who worked must make a better job. have the wrong order, double price it and bad attitude to other customers too. please don't go there!

I love this Dunkin Donuts ! I come here almost every morning and they are always quick in the drive thru so even when I'm running late I still end up getting to work on time. Coffee is always how I like it and they always have the donuts I want as well and it's always fresh !
What a disappointing experience! I visited today to order a large latte priced at $3.99, but I was charged $7.89. When I inquired about the price, I was told that it included tax. My question is, does this place really have an almost 100% tax on every purchase?
simply leave this place after they have ordered a large hot coffee and nothing else than hire, whisper and laugh through the entire 2 minute process in the drive-thru and in the window!
"Dunkin' has the worst donuts I've ever had. They also charged extra for a 'less ice' option on the ice cream. I've never encountered this kind of issue at any other Dunkin' location."

Nice people, pretty good donuts, no custard in the long johns though. That was quite disappointing.
