Horrible experience this morning. I pulled up to the speaker, I asked for 3 coffees very calmly and slow. (I am not in a hurry).All 3 where all different. I was speaking to a girl at first then I was passed to another person. I know who all these workers are by the way.And the next person I was put on with asked me to repeat my order starting from the second coffee. I started from the first then the second then the third. Calmly. Then this person started mimicking me over the mic like a 5 year old. And then after mimicking all I had said.. he told me “I told you to start from the second coffee and there you go starting from the second” and then I was passed to the other girl who originally t...
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been a regular Dunkin customer for years but I try to avoid this location. This location has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Today in a small conflict that resulted due to my coffee, that tasted so bad it was undrinkable; I simply asked for the managers name to resolve the issue at a later time and the employees working didn't know their own managers name or refused to give me the name.This Dunkin is losing customers due to their rude employees. As a huge Dunkin lover is hurts to see a location tarnish the brand name due to some horrible service.
I usually have a really frustrating experience at this location. They often inform me that the Baskin Robbins is closed, and when it is open, they say they don't have chocolate or strawberry ice cream. It just doesn’t add up. This has happened to me at least five times, which is why we stopped going. However, the other night, my husband and I decided to give it another try and ordered some milkshakes. Victor assisted us, and he was kind and accommodating, making the process smooth and easy. So, I'm giving my 5 stars to Victor. He truly made a difference during our visit!
Employees just gossiping away. Ordered ahead of time. Of course not ready. Girl with a rude attitude slams my coffee down after she poured it as her way of handing me my coffee. Not to mention the coffee was weak and watered down. Avoid location for now.Check back in a few months. For now, there's a Starbucks two blocks down. Also, it seems ordering ahead at this Dunkin isuseless. It'll never be ready. 5 mins ahead or 1 hour ahead makes no difference. This is a repeating thing from several pastexperiences here.

The customer service was outstanding! The woman at the speaker, I believe her name was Alexis, was incredibly helpful when I inquired about the menu items. My food and coffee arrived promptly, and my order was accurate without any mistakes. The atmosphere is also very positive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!
This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts from my house but they have the worst bagels ever, I bought one time thinking maybe it was just that day that the bagel was old but I went back and bought another bagel and overall their bagel seem to be old and hard, do not buy their bagels the worst I have ever ate
Good Customer Service but unfortunately, a dirty environment. As soon as you walk in the door, it’s obvious their either short staffed or not paying attention to the dining area. At least replace the drop ceiling that’s obviously been leaking water from either a busted pipe or leaky roof.
customer service was excellent! the lady at the speaker I think her name was alexis was very helpful when asking what the products contain! my food and coffee came out super fast and they never mess up my order. it also is a very positive andfriendly store. Would definitely recommend

Service has really gone downhill, if you can stop somewhere else, keep going. Can't get orders right and attitude stinks!!! Luckily, there's 4 other stores along the way on my commute to downtown.
My order was incorrect, and the staff had an attitude. I also had to wait 20 minutes.
