I was really disappointed with the service at this Dunkin' location. I've been using the Dunkin' Donuts mobile app to pay for years without any problems. Yet this morning, when I showed the staff a photo of my app, they acted as if I was trying to steal a coffee. I regularly pay this way without any issues. I even offered to pay by another method, but they still refused to serve me. As a business owner, I would never treat a customer like that. It’s very upsetting, especially since all I wanted was a simple, positive start to my day.
I had an awful experience at this Dunkin' location. Twice, the woman at the counter mistakenly made my latte and handed me regular coffee instead. To top it off, she informed me that I couldn’t reload my app and would need to purchase a new gift card, which is simply absurd! I won't be coming back here. The service is extremely slow, even with five employees working at 3 PM. Spare yourself the hassle and choose a different place!
The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow, with cars backed up along the street. When I placed my order, the staff were unhelpful and made mistakes. I had to repeat my order five times before they finally got it right. I thanked them multiple times, but the person at the window didn’t acknowledge me at all. The lack of friendliness and the subpar service were very disappointing.
The location is excellent, with ample convenient parking. The customer service was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable seating area. Additionally, the shop offers a wide selection of ice cream, smoothies, and shakes, which is a delightful bonus for those who love those treats.

At 9:30 pm, the door was closed even though Google says they’re open until 10 pm. I won’t be stopping here again, even though I pass by this Dunkin’ every day. Save your money—make coffee and food at home. You’ll enjoy better drinks and meals when they’re homemade!
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Kevin, the cashier, charged me $5 for a coffee. I feel like I was scammed.
It's the ideal blend of coffee and ice cream! The service is prompt and welcoming, and the coffee is always fresh.
