NO HEAT IN THIS BUILDING!!! I have been a regular of this store for many months. I always go in to place my order and this building Freezing. There is NO heat in this building. The people that work here are making an honest living and to have to work in the cold temperatures without heat is just disgusting of ownership. I don't think that Corporate would actually approve of Store Owners treating their employees this way. Terrible ownership; Good Employees! ZERO STARS.....had to leave 1 star to post. :

Came here before work with plenty of time. I ordered a cocoa mocha, hot chocolate, bagel bites and 2 donuts. I waited 10 minutes at the window and then when they finally gave me my food and drinks they said the expresso maker wasn't working so what drink did I want. I said another hot chocolate. They didn't give me my donuts so I told them and they just looked at me as if I didn't order 2 donuts. They gave me my donuts almost 5 minutes later. Long story short, I was late for work this place sucks.

I ordered Dunkin' through DoorDash and it was disappointing. I requested a half dozen donuts, but every single one was incorrect except for one. My 10-count Munchkins arrived crushed. Additionally, my iced matcha latte was not only poorly made but also warm and not properly mixed. Having previously worked at Dunkin' Donuts as a layer manager, I know it's not difficult to prepare and serve the items correctly. I suggest that they invest in better training for their staff.

1 employee running drive Thur and walk in , appeared to be a older lady and gentleman stocking cakes looked like they owned the joint didn’t jump in to help me or other customers approaching to help and move the customers instead they just looked at us few min later the guy working the drive Thur and walk in comes back to the register to print out a receipt and tell me to wait a few more min while he prepares the drive Thur orders. I won’t come here no more Book a table now

Was charged twice for one of the items in my drive thru order. When I went inside to let them know (to get my money back) the young lady at the register completely ignored the fact I just wanted my money back and continued to make the item and handed it to me. I told her I didn't want another order I just wanted my money back for their mistake, she told me the owner doesn't let them give refunds lol I was blown away! Never again.

I ordered a large milkshake, and I found it to be ridiculously overpriced, lacking in texture, and it tasted more like a milk-flavored drink with a hint of egg. When I asked them to make it thicker, they insisted that there would be an extra charge for that in the future. I suggested using less milk, but they told me that wasn't possible. Overall, I was quite disappointed, especially considering I had already paid nearly $8!

This is, without a doubt, the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's consistently disappointing. Typically, the bagels are rock hard, and the coffee is poorly made. Today, I was served this pathetic "bacon-topped" avocado toast. Honestly, there are plenty of other options along Telegraph. Book a table now

I rather go to the Macdonald next door for coffee and customer service was trash definitely not going here again. This is exactly where the coffee ended up
