The staff is SOOO friendly and absurdly quick. I went on Saturday evening and It’s was so cute. They have customers of all backgrounds who come in everyday and it’s like they’re family. The managers name was Peter and he is so so nice. The other worker was a teddy bear; he looks like a NFL player with all the earrings and tattoos but he was giving children free munchkins and ice cream and feeding puppies. The only issue is they rarely have anything in stock and the bathroom is always closed. The donuts are not that great either and mornings are very very busy. I am always waiting in line which go to the parking lot everyday. If you don’t go when it’s packed and busy it’s like the best place...

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but received it without the cream cheese. When I returned to let them know, the employee claimed she had asked me about it, but I honestly didn't understand that she was referring to my order. I would have gladly paid for the cream cheese if it had been made clear. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she started to argue with me, insisting that I hadn’t responded to her question. They really need to improve their customer service skills, especially since they interact with people directly. This level of professionalism is simply unacceptable!

Every single time I go grab breakfast to head into work, I leave with less items than I paid for. Only once did they accommodate me. I’ve lost a good amount of money on items that I never received. I don’t typically speak up and say these things, but even the customer service is horrible. The representative I was just speaking to told me to hold on so she can take a personal call with someone else while she was on the phone with me like if I’m not at my own job working. I more than likely won’t be returning, but if I do it’s because it’s close to my work..

Every time I stop by Dunkin' for breakfast on my way to work, I end up with fewer items than I paid for. Only once did they make it right. I've lost a significant amount of money on missing items. I usually don’t complain, but the customer service is terrible. The last representative I spoke with even asked me to hold so she could take a personal call while still on the line with me, as if I didn’t have work to do myself. I probably won’t be returning, but if I do, it’s only because it’s close to my job. Book a table now

The food at Dunkin' was decent, exactly what you'd expect from their menu. All hot items were served hot. However, the self-order kiosks were not functioning properly. When I attempted to pay, it seemed the payment system wasn't synced with the ordering screen. I tried using Google Pay on my watch and my debit card on both kiosks, but neither worked. The line moved relatively quickly compared to other Dunkin' locations I've visited recently. Note that this Dunkin' does not have a drive-through.

Food was fine, typical Dunkin'. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. The self order kiosks did not work. When trying to make a payment it appears the payment module was not paired with the ordering screen. I tried both of them and I was not able to pay with Google Pay through my watch or with my debit card. The line moved fairly quickly, compared with other Dunkins' I've been to lately. This location does not have a drive through.

I went with a group of friends at maybe 8pm for ice cream. The employees had put away all the ice cream and seemed a bit angry to have to take it back out. If you're going to be open late, you should not be cleaning up this early (after all how many people really would visit that late at night for a donut instead of ice cream). It tasted good though.

The staff here are not only above par, but they treat you like family and work hard to give you a great experience. Everything is fresh and clean. When I told them about my experience about the other Dunkin on Van Houten Ave, they turned my frustrated experience into something both myself and the entire staff laughed about. Book a table now

Slowest dunkin’ ever. Not sure if they understand how the molar app works. This is the second time in a row it took over 20 mins to get our mobile orders. We had to remind him to start the order
