very dissatisfied with services from this place I get the same place every time I never door them my right, then u must payin up to its as it likes! they do not clean a sanitize several times they have my sandwich on the naked metal bar through the sand, the station, bake Ur food on burned sheet paper that they have done to make abt 10 ppls food. last endtime i went a few days ago my sandwich was grounded so that they were re-released, the had hired the half of my sandwiches on ha poor the other half pressed again ha breast (titts) my sandwich was held my ha breast a poor so that I get a refund that they still tried to cheer me, it is so bad / sad bc the manager whoever she is
I stepped into this Dunkin Donuts for the first time in a while. Happy to see a decent amount of staff working. As I waiting for my order, I stood by 'pick up station '. I saw many on the go orders processed at such a good rate. Of course I was waiting for my food and the employee by the name of Peter acknowledge my presence and asked me what was my order, so I didn 't have to wait longer as the sandwich station was a bit backed up. THANK YOU SO MUCH PETER! Please give this guy a raise for the excellent customer service he provided this morning of 4/1/2022.
customer service ever! I order a bagel with cream chess I got my bagel without cream che.,se I came back to tell them there is no cream cheese and the girl tells me that she asked me she wasn't the cash I heard asking her, but I didn't think it was with me. I would pay for the cream cheese, but instead of telling me I had to pay for the cream cheese, she began to argue that she asked me and I did not answer. they all need to take a customer service course they work with people!!! very unprofessional!
I give 5 stars, but they delivered the wrong drink? I ordered a ice matcha latte and they give me an ice coffee. everything else was good?
