I recently placed an order and noticed on my receipt that the cashier, Surya, had added a charity donation without asking for my consent first. I find this very questionable and unprofessional. While I'm open to making donations, I believe it's essential to be asked for my permission rather than having it included without my knowledge. I also observed that other customers in line had the same experience, indicating that none of them had given their consent either. This feels like a breach of trust! It's entirely unacceptable!
I absolutely love this Dunkin’ location; it's my favorite place to go. The staff is familiar with my preferences and is consistently friendly. There are times when I don't get exactly what I ordered, such as when I ask for no butter on my sandwiches or when I request iced tea and accidentally receive iced coffee without realizing it until I get home. Nevertheless, the staff is amazing overall!

No one is making the donuts I remember as far back as 15 years ago u walk into a DD and there were over 25-30 donuts to choose from, now you're lucky if u find a dozen
This is an excellent place for online orders, particularly for picking up coffee and breakfast. They consistently prepare my latte perfectly!
Stopped by for coffee and tried the pumpkin spice—it was excellent. Also grabbed some donut holes, which were delicious.
