Like all Dunkin' Donuts locations, this one has its strengths and weaknesses. As someone with experience in customer service, I've noticed that they could benefit from more staff support. The current employees are always friendly and skilled, but they seem overwhelmed. It's clear to me that the management prioritizes profits over their team, leading to a situation where hard-working staff are left to juggle too much for too little pay, while management reaps significant rewards. Overall, the employees deserve better working conditions.
The service was a bit slow, and it didn't seem like they had a solid system in place. When the cashier noticed that my matcha hadn't been prepared, she took the initiative to make it herself and was very apologetic. On a positive note, they offer smooth sticks without any added sugar, which is a nice touch that many other places don’t have. Overall, a decent experience. Peace!
For some reason nothing tastes right from this location. Coffee tastes Burnett, they don't follow directions, the food doesnt taste right, and makes me sick, idk what it is but its only this location. . Tho I did get a good cup of iced coffee once. It was heavy on the cream but still good.
I used the drive-thru, but it wasn't clear where the ordering window and microphone were marked. I ended up waiting in line at the pick-up/payment window without having placed my order. However, the staff were friendly and took my order quickly.

I've had a terrible experience each time I've visited this restaurant. The staff has been rude, and they often mess up orders. What frustrates me the most is the way they treat their customers; it's truly disappointing to witness such behavior.

Terrible experience everytime. Workers have a nasty attitude and they barely can get orders correct. The staff is the most annoying part it’s actually sad that they treat people they way they do.
I ordered several coffees through the app. For some reason, some of the items in my order were only made after I got to the restaurant. It defeats the whole purpose of using the app.
