I came to this Dunkin’ location to order a coffee, but the employee working the closing shift was rude and told me the drink I wanted wasn’t available. When I asked which drinks were available, they just told me to look at the menu. They seemed very unprofessional. Dunkin’, please get it together—this is why your service is disappointing.
The service at this restaurant is usually good, but the music is quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. When we requested that the volume be lowered, we were informed that the control is kept in the office and no one has access to it. It appears that the manager is seldom on-site at this location.
I was really disappointed with the customer service today. I went to Bubble Tea Square in the Deerfield Shopping Strip Mall, and I wasn't pleased with my experience.
This Dunkin' location is my favorite of all the ones I've been to! The service is consistently quick and friendly, and I stop by most mornings. Liz is amazing! Book a table now
This is the worst Dunkin'. The staff is not friendly, and the food (wraps, sandwiches, etc.) is terrible—often burned or served frozen. I won't be returning.
