Although I’ve only visited this Dunkin' location about three times, all my visits have been fairly good. On my most recent visit, my sister and I ordered two frozen coffees that were incredibly strong—like the bitter coffee sediment at the bottom of the pot. This was despite the caramel, whipped cream, and multiple pumps of syrup added. I later discovered, thanks to my daughter who works at a Dunkin' in a nearby Walmart, that each pump of syrup costs 25 cents. Some employees don’t actually add all the pumps requested, yet can get annoyed when customers know how their coffee should taste.

It's no longer worth visiting Dunkin' until corporate addresses the staffing and supply problems. The staff seemed clearly overwhelmed and unsupported. I waited 20 minutes just to place an order in the drive-thru, even though I was the only car there. On three separate occasions, it's taken 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru because they’re out of most products. It's frustrating since this location is conveniently on my way to work.
I was billed for two sandwiches and three coffees, but after waiting for 40 minutes, the sandwiches never showed up. When I requested a refund, I was informed that they couldn't process refunds. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
The restaurant opens at 5 AM, which is great for me! The weekday morning staff is fantastic. They serve the best coffee during that time—believe me! I've visited on weekends and at various times throughout the day, but nothing compares to the morning crew from Monday to Friday.

The coffee at this location is always excellent, but unfortunately, some of the staff fall short of expectations. I witnessed one employee arguing and using inappropriate language with the manager in front of customers, which was quite unprofessional.
This is easily the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. The employee turnover is extremely high, and they don’t even follow their posted hours. I waited for six minutes before 8 AM, and no one was available to assist me.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I visited on Sunday, April 3rd at noon, and the staff member at the window was very rude. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
This restaurant did an excellent job today. The staff was quick and friendly, and my order was perfect. I tried the new hummus toast with roasted tomatoes, and it was amazing!
