The drink itself is delicious! I love caramel, so the sweetness was just right for me, and it provided the caffeine boost I needed to kickstart my day. There is a middle age man who works behind the counter, and he coughs and sniffs always near the display case of Donuts/Muffins/Munchkins and does not cover his mouth that is absolutely disgusting. He always coughs the slime and the sounds he makes make my skin crawl. I would not recommend buying donuts or any pastries from here. Also the dining room area can become quite dirty and I have seen many crumbs on the floor through the tables and chairs. The place needs a better cleaning.
to go ordered thru app. they obstructed my name and order number on the receipt with the cup and left it on the far end of the counter without addressing me. had to wait a few minutes before i even had a chance to ask if it was mine despite already being in shop before the beverage was prepared
I ordered a coffee, a Coke, and a doughnut. I was tempted to get a whole donut, but I didn't want to ruin my diet. To my surprise, the cashier was so kind and gave me a bag for free! What a sweet lady. I'm also grateful for the few little treats!

Counter staff do not even look at you when serving you. They drop your food in a bag and hold it out for you like you are homeless without even thanking or looking at you.
This morning, I had a coffee, and it was quite disappointing; it didn't taste like the typical Dunkin' coffee I'm used to.
