This is a fantastic restaurant! After reading some of the previous comments, I noticed that if you only grab the lobby ID for the app, there's a sign at eye level on the counter to guide you right from the start. This is similar to what many fast-food places are doing due to the labor shortage in the industry. At least they have a drive-thru option available. I encourage everyone to be patient with the staff and management; it's not their fault there's a labor shortage, and they really are doing their best. Instead of complaining, why not consider working in fast food yourself? It’s not easy to manage so many customers when there aren’t enough workers available.
