I've been getting my tea from this place for four years since it's conveniently located right across the street from me. Unfortunately, it seems like they only get my order right when the female staff members are on duty, which is about half the time. I always try to be polite and tip generously, even when they get my order wrong. They often can't distinguish between cream and milk. This time, I had to ask them to remake my drink three times. Usually, I'd just drive away and put up with it, but I was particularly frustrated today. When I brought the drink back, the manager insisted I was mistaken and that I had requested milk. I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin Donuts! The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I really love Dunkin Donuts; it's one of my favorite spots. I could rave about it for ages, but I'll keep this review short. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend that you do. This Dunkin' Donuts location did not meet expectations. I ordered a coffee with milk and Splenda, but it arrived without the Splenda. I also got a breakfast wrap that was cold and didn't have any eggs in it! I went through the drive-thru, which made the experience even more disappointing.
The Dunkin' Donuts in Sea Bright has the most cheerful staff I've ever come across. I left my credit card behind yesterday, and when I returned this morning, they already had it ready for me. They always remember my order and serve it with a smile!

I asked for less ice, but my drink still came mostly filled with ice and just a small amount of liquid in a large cup. Additionally, the matcha didn't taste quite right; I've had much better matcha at other places.
A typical Dunkin' experience. Sometimes, the wait for orders can be quite lengthy. The restroom is often occupied as well. There is limited seating inside, so it’s advisable to opt for takeout.
The woman assisting me seemed more concerned about the size of her new Dunkin' t-shirt than ensuring my order was correct. She forgot to make my coffee and served me the wrong donut.

The new staff member seems to be overlooking health regulations. It appears that further training is needed in this aspect.
