I had a seriously disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took 25 minutes for my coffee to arrive, and I noticed the staff vaping inside the restaurant. The managers appeared completely uninterested in the situation, simply standing by as I left without my order. They heard my complaints but didn’t respond at all. I won’t be coming back, and I plan to advise everyone I know to steer clear as well. I hope that $3 they earned from me was worth it.
The pumpkin cold foam tasted like it came straight from a can and had no flavor, even though I asked for extra foam but got barely any. The place feels very cheap. They initially gave me a drink filled mostly with ice until I asked them to redo it. I would avoid this location.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this Dunkin' location still serves regular decaf tea. Ever since they switched to those awful herbal teas, I hadn’t visited a Dunkin' Donuts in quite some time. But in a moment of need, I stopped by and was glad to find it!
Disappointing experience at Dirty DD! There was one person managing the entire establishment, which was quite surprising. If you can't maintain a clean and professional environment, it's better to either close the business or sell it! Book a table now
This place is amazing! The café across the street doesn’t seem to understand what an espresso shot is... (I’m sure it’s not their fault). However, the staff here deserves five stars! They are wonderful people.
I steer clear of Dunkin' Donuts because their coffee tends to be watered down, and the donuts are frequently stale. It feels like they simply heat up frozen ones instead of serving fresh products.
The cashier was incredibly accommodating, even though my husband was a little challenging. I truly appreciate her patience—it was clear how difficult the situation was. Thank you!
The selection of donuts was quite impressive. I was excited to try the limited edition ghost pepper donut. However, the staff could have been a bit more friendly. Book a table now
